Jackass Bitters Tincture
Neurolaena lobata. This is a highly-respected medicinal plant that has been used historically in Belize. Jackass Bitters is recognized for its effects on blood sugar levels, yeast and fungal infections, viruses, bacteria, and parasites. There have recently been exciting studies done utilizing Jackass Bitters as a possible treatment for HIV, and cancer. This herb first came to our attention when Tina was studying herbal parasiticides for large animals in the ’80s and ’90s. Dr. James Duke thinks highly of this plant. Ingredients: Dry wild Jackass Bitters leaf, distilled water and certified organic cane alcohol.
Cautions: This is a strong herb and it is probably best to avoid during pregnancy.
Suggested use: Take 40 to 50 drops up to 4 times daily, in liquid or under the tongue. Best taken before eating. For long term use, stop for 3 days each month and then resume.
