Rumex crispus. A nutritive tonic traditionally used for anemia, chronic skin problems, and to stimulate liver and digestive function. An excellent blood builder during pregnancy. Ingredients:  Dry wild Yellow Dock root, distilled water, and certified organic cane alcohol.

Cautions: Not to be used long term if there is a history of kidney stones.

Suggested Use: Take 20 to 40 drops up to three times daily, in liquid or under the tongue.
For use during pregnancy as a blood builder, add drops to hot water or tea, let sit for five minutes, then drink.
